Useless Nuisance, UN American. Call them whatever you want, the UN is no doubt deeply corrupt.
A new report by an Independent Comittee relating to the Oil-for-Food Scandal blasts Kofi Annon, his deputy and the Security Council for "illicit, unethical and corrupt behavior".
Quote:
"The inescapable conclusion from the committee's work is that the United Nations organization needs thorough reform — and it needs it urgently,"
Oh, but John Bolton should "respect the organization" of the UN.
I'm watching AP/ABC's Top News headlines for any mention.
No mention or links yet on ABC or CNN or CNN international web homepage. Surprisingly, CBS has a story about it, although the tiny link is hidden halfway down the page under 'world news'. Same for MSNBC.

that's funny right there... we, as the nation that created the u.n. have to respect the organization, but nobody else does? loads of bull. i know that f.d.r's intentions were good when he created it, but if he were to get up out of his grave today and look at what's going on, he'd likely take kofi back with him to his grave and place a curse on that already cursed organization. at least we have bolton there... he'll get things done! i can see it now... bush goes in there for a meeting with annan, walks in to his office, and sees bolton making annan his hundin!
